Utilizing in-house project coordination, a supervisor and installation crew is assigned to each project. Proficient at managing multiple projects, our supervisors are fully accountable for all aspects of activity, from customer satisfaction to management of TXI personnel assigned to each project. The lead installer shall be of an appropriate level to handle all facets of the installation without direct supervision. Said responsibilities will include safety, addition or removal of common systems equipment/hardware, lead verification, analysis of job specifications and drawings, provide work assignments to crew, prepare forms as required by the customer, correct office record drawings, in-progress, and final quality inspections. |
