Quality is the operative word at TXI. Our auditors perform a quality audit on each and every project. The responsibility of quality lies with each supervisor and installer on the project on a daily basis. Our quality auditors perform in-progress quality audits as requested by the assigned supervisor. Quality checklists have been created and are completed by the lead installer upon job completion. Any quality items identified with our auditors' final audit are corrected immediately by our installation forces. Results are tracked to work with our installation personnel to continually improve their efficiency. |
